Dress Giveaway

In March of 2023 we held our first annual Dress Giveaway event to benefit Team Finger Lakes and promote organ donation. Laura Reffs daughter, Lucy Reff, purchased her wedding dress two days before suffering a sudden illness that took her life. Lucy was able to donate her organs saving the lives of four recipients. The bridal shop where they purchased her dress offered them outdated stock, all still brand new, to use to raise money for our group, in Lucy‘s memory. It was a huge success allowing anyone to pick out their wedding, prom, bridesmaid, mother of bride/groom, military ball, or pageant dress for “free” with whatever affordablre donation they chose to make to Team Finger Lakes.a
